Park City Jiu Jitsu is a highly effective program designed to help all students establish and strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

It’s an effective defense system of ground skills and techniques that utilize a person’s leverage. Individuals will be able to train realistically, in a safe environment, with the qualified instructors. We help each student achieve their own personal goals.

This fundamental program teaches the essentials to provide a solid foundation in self-defense and Sport Jiu Jitsu. As a student progresses they are introduced to advanced attacks, defenses and escapes from all positions.

Park City Jiu Jitsu is ready to take your martial arts, fitness training and self-defense to the next level! The techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu have been developed so that almost anyone can do them, no matter their age or athletic ability.


Students learn the same Jiu Jitsu being taught in the Gi classes but learn how to adapt them to nogi situations. No-gi attire are rash guards, and grappling shorts or spats.


Our Youth Jiu jitsu program teaches the basic concepts and techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our curriculum includes takedowns, escapes, submissions, self-defense and how to fall correctly. This program will bully proof your child and help them with the confidence they need in everyday situations.

In addition your child will improve their coordination, flexibility, and motor skills along with improved memorization skills. We will teach your child how to learn and think under pressure and physical activity, while increasing their self-confidence. We instill in your child valuable life long skills, and a problem-solving mindset that will help them in all aspects of their lives. The primary focus of our Youth Program is to create a solid foundation of life skills from self-defense and anti-bully, to confidence and success.


Jiu Jitsu is the best self-defense system for women. It’s tried and true techniques are especially beneficial against a larger stronger opponent. These techniques are unlike any other system out there. Instead of relying on strength or unrealistic techniques like punching or kicking, we will show you how to employ leverage and highly effective self-defense techniques that can be applied in real-world scenarios.

We will teach you to protect and defend yourself against an attack. You do not need any prior experience and can start the classes at any time. You will learn 30 of the top moves to defend against the most common attacks.

GINASTICA NATURAL (Functional movement)

Ginastica Natural was created and developed by Alvaro Romano. It is a complete full-body weight training method with a 30-year research history. It will benefit your entire body and life, giving you physical qualities like strength, endurance, mobility, core stability, balance, flexibility, coordination simultaneously – resulting in quality of life, muscle tone, weight-loss plus a better performance among others. We incorporate ginastica natural techniques into our adult classes during our warm-up exercises at the beginning of adult classes.
