Students learn the same Jiu Jitsu being taught in the Gi classes but learn how to adapt them to nogi situations. No-gi attire are rash guards, and grappling shorts or spats.


Our Youth Jiu jitsu program teaches the basic concepts and techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our curriculum includes takedowns, escapes, submissions, self-defense and how to fall correctly. This program will bully proof your child and help them with the confidence they need in everyday situations.

In addition your child will improve their coordination, flexibility, and motor skills along with improved memorization skills.
